Differentiating Between Watermelons
We tend to use five different terms to differentiate between watermelon varieties. These five terms refer to the characteristics of the melon rather than the direct variety. This allows us to combine multiple watermelon varieties under one category. The five terms used to describe watermelons are:

A Seeded watermelon –
Used to describe a basic watermelon that is round or oblong and weighs between 15 t0 45 pounds. These watermelons contains noticeable black seeds.

A Seedless Watermelon –
Hybrid watermelons that are the most popular due to their seedless nature. These watermelons are generally around the 15 pound mark. Seedless watermelons often have small and easily edible white seeds.

Some varieties of watermelon that fall into this category include:

The glycemic load is a much better indicator of a food’s ability to prevent or contribute to disease, since a food that has a large amount of carbs AND dramatically raises blood sugar levels obviously increases the chances of weight gain more than a food that might temporarily raise blood sugar levels, but has few calories. For example, a potato has a high glycemic score and it packs a bunch of carbs, while watermelon has a high GI score, but few calories or carbs. 1-warm a frying pan with olive oil at heat #3
2-cut a sweet potato in whatever size you desire, but thinner the better
3-place one slice at a time on a frying pan as “evenly” and flat as possible using as much space you can fit in the pan
4-add some pepper seasoning on top
5-cover the pan (air tight as possible) for quicker heating
6-cook 10 minutes or so until you hear constant fast sizzling
7-flip each potato and then add season pepper again
8-repeat step 6
9-ready and hot, which I recommend putting turmeric for healthy tasting (see down below for #healthbenefits)
10-Let it “cool” for a couple of minutes before eating, which I myself can get very tempted to eat right away. However, it’s hot in your mouth and you won’t be able to savor the flavor and taste! 🙂
